This was another video of Victor a few weeks before he died. Three years ago I analyzed it and put a low quality video up. Now that I have better equipment and more experience analyzing other talking bird recordings, I realized there were some corrections that needed to be made to the captions. This is a long video. I originally cut it up into three different videos but this time I decided to leave it as one. It is over 2 1/2 minutes long. In it Victor tries to explain the difficulty of understanding his recordings and how it is similar to learning Braille. He also tries to convince other budgies to start talking so people will realize that eating bird is not good for the world. Especially the birds.
