Ryan’s comments:
George Herbert Bush was president from 1989 to 1993. He entered office at a period of change in the world; the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Soviet Union came early in his presidency. He ordered military operations in Panama and the Persian Gulf, at one point, was recorded as having a record-high approval rating of 89 percent. However, economic recession and breaking his "no new taxes" pledge caused a sharp decline in his approval rating, and Bush was defeated in the 1992 election. So in a way the statement that Victor made here is true. The US became the only superpower in the world and George
Herbert Bush lost his second term because people were not too fussy about what he did in his first term. Note: Definition "Trill" A similar sound such as a warble of a bird.
Victor continues:

Ryan’s comments:
Bill Clinton was president from 1993 to 2001. He was well liked in the beginning by most countries in the world. By 1995 many people in the US started to appreciate some of the things he was doing as well. Here are some excerpts from Wiki: Clinton was described as a New Democrat and was largely known for the Third Way philosophy of governance that came to epitomize his two terms as president. His policies, on issues such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and welfare reform, have been described as "centrist." Clinton presided over the longest period of peace-time economic expansion in American history,
which included a balanced budget and a reported federal surplus. Based on Congressional accounting rules, at the end of his presidency Clinton reported a surplus of $559 billion.” In the fall of 1996 Clinton was reelected for a second term because he had much support. So all of what Victor said in this statement was true.
Victor continues:
Didn't you watch TV's man of sin.
Now everybody doubts him.
They pressed Clinton.
What he said that entered sexual intercourse that reeked of lie.
Ryan’s comments:
In 1998 Clinton lied about having sexual intercourse with Monica and was impeached in 1999. He almost lost his presidency, and it resulted in some problems in Congress.
Victor continues:
From that job he soon retired.
Some people aren’t smart but they act right!
They’ll see the act of pierced duck.
Clinton got in trouble with people.
The first time that Bill will poop a lot.
That’s when many budgets stopped.
Ryan's comments:
“Some people think that Clinton was impeached because of the competing parties involved. When Victor says “He pooped a lot," again he is joking or being sarcastic about the private things that people do that should stay private. He also talks about the budget that stopped. Clinton had a very good reputation for balancing the budget during his presidency, and that all went to the wayside with Bush. So most of what Victor says in this is true as well. Some of it happened after his death, so it was actually prophecy as well. The part I am talking about now is where he talks about a “pierced duck.” I believe he is referring to how Chaney, which I believe was not in the same party as Clinton, was later (2006) involved in shooting a friend in a hunting accident. So in essence Victor is comparing Clinton's intelligence to Chaney's. I don’t believe that Chaney was charged for anything as well. Perhaps his political party helped him to get out of it. What do you think? Was it right to try and impeach him and then assist Chaney in getting off any charges. There is also a lame duck period that came at the end of Clinton’s term that had an impact on congress as well. This would have also happened after Victor’s death.”
Victor continues:
It took a lot of time until he's telling the truth.
When you fart, could you tell them when you do it?
I guess I better tell them the way this happened.
Many dabble and want fun there. I guess it wasn't that intelligent.
Believe that Monica, she loved him.
So what's the matter if people toss a brick?

Ryan’s comments:
The above part was fairly self explanatory. He looked at the incident as a mistake in the heat of passion and feels God would forgive him, as most of the American people did. The wording in this paragraph was quite interesting and humorous in ways. Victor says that there is currently a problem in school and I believe he is referring to the sexual activities of school kids these days as beginning to be out of control.
Victor continues:
His case only helps a wee putida with their future.
It's really a pity if blue and bloody becomes the common when there's a cut below knee.

Ryan’s comments:
When Victor mentions a putida, it took me a while to find out what it was. Through searching on the internet I found that a putida is a manufactured organism for breaking down oil. I believe he is referring to George W. Bush of 2001. Sorry folks, he does not have very many nice things to say about him and I think you can read between the lines here.
Victor continues:
Once you've cultured them, I love cheese, seeds and carrots
Carrots grow carrots skin.
In the last war, they said they watch TV to count numbers of dead.
The man there, he has a good job when he talks on the count
Something was recorded. A threat of death to you.
If you just happily thought that people just love,
All kinds of gossip at night will fire the urn
The cast out what's very bad for the eyes.
The bombs were falling and changed their life.
Many who liked watching that night, didn't feel bad.
Ask them, “Why have they died.”
There will be oil.
What, for the life of your vehicles at home?
Did you fail to tell them that they pollute this world?
Can a book in school let them know that this war was stupid and such a pity?
There's a time death is bad. Yeah, it's stupid and a bad.
I tell yeah, your kids will look at you and scorn
The world is in peril.
Ryan’s comments:
I remember when they bombed Baghdad and I watched it on TV that night and I believe that is what Victor is referring to. The lights were off and he was in his cage but the TV was flashing in the darkness because of the bombs. He mentions how the media talks about recorded threats. Perhaps he is talking about the threats that Bin Laden made towards the US. I believe he is saying that there are many who make threats, and it is a fact of life, but when we follow through with evil against those threats, we are worse then the original offender.
Victor continues:
Do you think later, he's going to thank who killed it?
Do we have enough people black?
It’s not checkers all cultures play.
If you're looking at this war now you can do something for this special bird.
Think of future, for now is the time.
It is part of the mission until that war ends.
Help me for that reason later.
God said Daddy will try through me.
Would He lie?
Can your bird sing just like me? Speak up.
Many will wait until I quit my test and some new birds can talk here too.
Ryan’s comments:
In most cases when it comes to holy or religious wars, God is usually the one people blame. Victor symbolizes war as a game of checkers between the black and white and how they try to eliminate each other. Then he asked for a favour. He wants the young and old alike to start thinking about the future. He wants them to have a mission to make sure these wars end. He said that God told him that “Daddy” will help. Victor often called me daddy or dad, as well as Ryan. He prophesied that I will begin to hear many birds talking in context. This has already begun with over 30 other context speaking budgies who I have worked with in the past. Many speak about God, religion, and spirituality. I can also understand budgies who speak little English. However, my first mission is to get others to understand what Victor is saying first, so I can prove that the connection I have is happening in a miraculous way that others can witness as well.
